Stage 1 Planning Permit
On Wednesday 17 January 2018, Impact Investment Group was issued with a Planning Permit (Planning Permit) for our Stage 1 Planning Application (Application), the start of our rejuvenation of Younghusband.
The Planning Permit includes all the provisions and land uses outlined in our masterplan.
We had committed to the local community and Allied Pinnacle that we will use our best endeavours to resolve traffic issues along Elizabeth Street prior to leases commencing for the proposed Stage 1 rejuvenation. However, we believe it was our honest and consistent approach to community collaboration and stakeholder engagement that led to this positive outcome.
The remaining two objectors to the Application also did not lodge an appeal. As a result, we were issued with the Planning Permit.
The Councillors have provided us with the following feedback:
